The customer relies heavily on Microsoft 365 for collaboration and customer data management, with extensive file storage and sharing capabilities across their enterprise environment.

Sentinel provided the customer with a proof-of-concept (POC) M365 Copilot engagement so a select group of their users could evaluate how the AI solution affected productivity and efficiency with day-to-day tasks. This structured engagement included a readiness workshop, tenant permissions review, administrative checklist, and end-user training tailored to the customer-specific use cases and roles. As an added benefit, Sentinel also shared a sample AI acceptable use policy that could be customized and implemented by the customer prior to the full M365 Copilot deployment as well as for subsequent AI solutions in the organization.

The customer successfully launched M365 Copilot to their early adopters POC group. After conducting a usage and benefits analysis, they felt comfortable expanding the POC to a larger sample of the organization. If the results and feedback continue to be positive, the customer expects to roll out M365 Copilot for the entire organization in the coming months.
