Hospital Patches Up A Hole In Their IT Staff

The customer was using NetApp for their storage. They also had Cisco phones and switching, with Informacast installed to send out mass notifications in dangerous situations. Cylance helped provide security for their environment, and they were operating Microsoft Sharepoint hosted via Sentinel CloudSelect.


The customer suddenly lost their Call Center Manager and needed to fill the vacant position within a week.


Sentinel’s Staffing department engaged with the customer and their management team to determine exactly what skills, experience level, and qualifications they were looking for in an ideal person to take over the Call Center Manager role. After looking through a database of available candidates, it was determined that one of Sentinel’s senior engineers met the position requirements and could be deployed on site at the hospital almost immediately.


The Sentinel senior engineer has been in place with the customer as their Call Center Manager for over a year. He has provided extensive guidance and leadership on a number of projects, including an upgrade to the hospital’s phone system. When the person in this placement calls in sick or takes vacation, Sentinel’s Staffing team provides the customer with additional people and/or resources to temporarily fill in so there’s never an absence or interruption of productivity. The hospital has been very happy with how things are going, and that has led to a stronger overall partnership with Sentinel as they embark on additional IT initiatives.
