Sentinel Walks with Heart: Honoring the Lives and Legacies of DJ Coluzzi and Keith Barra

Downers Grove, IL (June 4, 2025) – On Saturday, September 20, Sentinel Technologies will proudly participate in the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Oak Brook, Illinois — and we invite our entire community to join us.

This year’s Heart Walk holds deep personal meaning as we walk in memory of DJ Coluzzi and Keith Barra, two beloved members of the Sentinel family who left lasting impressions on everyone they worked with. Their spirit, passion, and kindness continue to inspire us, and we’re walking to honor their lives while helping build a healthier future for others.

We’ve set a bold goal of rallying 350 walkers and raising $35,000 to support life-saving research and education that combats heart disease and stroke. Every step we take helps fund breakthrough science, from treatments for high blood pressure and congenital heart conditions to research that reduces the impact of strokes and promotes heart health in communities across the country.

How to Get Involved:

• Donate to support the Sentinel Heart Walk team.
• Walk with us in Oak Brook or participate virtually from anywhere using the Heart Walk app (available on the App Store and Google Play).
• Share the mission with friends, family, and colleagues to help us reach our goals.
