EMC PowerPath Migration Enabler
EMC PowerPath Migration Enabler leverages the same underlying technology as EMC PowerPath to enable data mobility technologies to perform data migrations to and from any network or supported array type including EMC and qualified nonEMC storage, without application downtime.
Enable nondisruptive data migrations – Insulate hosts from changes in the storage infrastructure and enable nondisruptive large-scale data movement using Host Copy, EMC Open Replicator, and EMC TimeFinder/Clone with no impact on applications.
Synchronize source and target – Keep source and target logical unit numbers (LUNs) synchronized by cloning new application writes while bulk data moves nondisruptively in the background. Gain the ability to perform thick-to-thin and thin-to-thick as well as thin-to-thin data migrations.
