Network & Security Assessments
Sentinel’s network assessment services are a proactive approach to ensure your network is secure and operates at maximum performance levels. Our network and security consulting engineers possess years of hands-on experience, best practice methods, and the most relevant tools to monitor and identify the key performance indicators and root causes of problems affecting performance and security across your entire LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Storage infrastructure. Each assessment includes a final report documenting the findings along with recommendations for remediation and/or design improvements. Some examples of our Assessment offerings include:
- Core Network Assessment - provides information and recommendations with regard to current configuration, End-of-Life/End-of-Support (EOL/EOS) equipment, software release levels, service alerts, etc.
- Security Assessment - provides information and recommendations in areas such as business risk evaluation, vulnerability assessment, device configuration assessment, etc.
- Wireless Assessment - provides information and recommendations with regard to the adequacy of wireless coverage (includes “heat maps” indicating weak and overlapping coverage), interference sources, signal accuracy, packet performance, EOL/EOS equipment, software release levels, service alerts, etc.
- Unified Communications/Voice Assessment - provides information and recommendations with regard to voice quality, maximum call load, QoS design/configuration, End-of-Life/End-of-Support (EOL/EOS) equipment, software release levels, service alerts, etc.
