Downers Grove, Illinois - Corporate Headquarters
Downers Grove, Illinois has served as Sentinel's headquarters since 1995. This 72,000+ square foot facility was custom designed to support Sentinel's business model. All of Sentinel's ownership and Senior Management resides here as well as many of Sentinel's core administrative support functions.
Sentinel owns and operates a fully automated and computerized Customer Service Center at the headquarters facility. Trained and experienced Sentinel Customer Service Representatives man this facility, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
With regard to technology consulting services, several fully configured staging labs, Sentinel's 24/7 network operation center, several telepresence video meeting rooms, Sentinel's Project Management Office along with designated areas to support customer operations are all housed in the Headquarters facility. In addition, Sentinel's Business Solution Center resides here, ready to facilitate customer performance testing and to demonstrate how the latest technology advancements are applied to meet today's business challenges.
This location also houses approximately half of Sentinel's $1million+ field services parts and supplies inventory (the remaining portion resides in regional offices or on-site at customer locations). All inventory is tracked by an automated min/max ordering system, which enables the balancing of inventories at all our facilities based on demand and usage. In the upper level of this facility is a 15-station circuit board level repair depot supporting Sentinel's field service operation.
